Our highly skilled Service Departments are extremely well equipped and have experienced service technicians. We invest heavily in regular service training and use the latest John Deere Service Advisor laptop diagnostic technology to ensure your downtime is kept to an absolute minimum. We have 23 technicians and 3 apprentices across our 5 depots in order to help ensure our customers equipment is up and running when it needs to be.
With the backing of the major manufacturers of agricultural, horticultural, forestry and ground care equipment, the Landbased Technician Accreditation scheme (LTA) has been developed by the AEA, in conjunction with IAgrE, with the support of BAGMA, on behalf of the land based engineering sector.
The objective of the scheme is to provide a nationwide means of benchmarking, monitoring and assessing the competence of technicians employed within the sector. All of our Technicians are registered for LTA and voluntarily commit to continual professional development in pursuit of technical support excellence.
