Job Purpose -
Responsible to help maximise the Sales Department’s profitability in line with the company’s objectives.
To represent the company in the sale of new and used agricultural machinery.
Ensure adherence to appropriate processes to facilitate accurate sales and invoicing to both external and internal customers.
To deliver a first class customer experience by having detailed product knowledge, following an effective sales process and displaying excellent customer relationship skills.

Skills/Qualifications -

• Able to cover the core hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday along with the ability to work extended hours during peak seasonal periods
• Competent using standard Microsoft packages to intermediate level
• Ability to deal with customer enquiries by telephone, face to face and email etc
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Exhibit a positive can do attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team

• Up to date knowledge of all franchise products/parts
• Thorough knowledge of agricultural equipment and the Agricultural Industry along with familiarity with competitor products and activities
• Full UK Driving Licence
